Bharat Forge has informed that it enclosed the Notice convening the 65th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) / Depository Participant(s) (‘DPs’). Further, in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter is being sent to the members whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link from where the Notice of the AGM and the Integrated Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company. The 65th AGM will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 11.00 a.m. (I.S.T.) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC / OAVM’).
