Harmony Capital Services has received approval for the acquisition of 63,23,700 equity shares, representing around 51% of the paid-up Equity Share Capital of Truvolt Engineering Co, from its existing shareholders by way of a Share Swap Arrangement. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, Truvolt Engineering Co shall become a subsidiary of the Company.
The acquisition aligns with the company's strategy of strategic consolidation and is expected to strengthen its business operations while creating long-term value for the company and its stakeholders. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its Meeting held on July 16, 2026, has approved the same.
