Waaree Energies has informed that Waaree Energies (the Company) has received an order on July 16, 2026 for supply of 212 MW solar modules from a renowned customer that owns and manages utility-scale renewable power projects. This order is incremental to the existing 350 MW order received from the customer, thereby increasing the total order capacity to 562 MW. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure I.
