LLP as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation P.K. Maheshwari & Co. Chartered Accountants. The said appointment is pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP shall hold office up to the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
