Cube Highways Trust has informed that it enclosed the voting results and proceedings of the business transacted at the Third Annual Meeting (AM) of the Unitholders (Unitholders) of InvIT held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 04:00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (as amended from time to time) read with of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS-PoD2/P/CIR/2025/102 dated July 11, 2025 (as amended from time to time), issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (the SEBI Master Circular), Regulation 51(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, and other relevant circulars issued by SEBI in this regard, from time to time and read with notice sent to the Unitholders on June 25, 2026. Harish Chawla (Mem. No. F9002 and C.P. No.15492) Partner, CL & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, New Delhi, was appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinise the remote e-voting process and e-voting during AM in a fair and transparent manner. In connection with the same, enclosed the following: combined voting results of the remote e-voting together with the e-voting conducted at the AM (Annexure-I); Scrutinizer’s report dated July 17, 2026 (Annexure-II); and Proceeding of the AM (Annexure-III) The voting results, Scrutinizer’s report and proceedings of the AM are also available on the website of the InvIT.
