Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026. With reference to its earlier letter dated June 25, 2026 intimating closure of trading window and as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company (‘Code’) read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Dealings involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares by the designated / connected persons of the Company, including their relatives during the window closure period is prohibited.
