Upon completion of the second consecutive term of Darshit Parikh (DIN: 03492803) as a Non-Executive Independent Director, he shall cease to hold office with effect from July 25, 2026. d. Accepted the Resignation of Haresh Sanghvi (DIN: 00006301) as a Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from July 18, 2026, due to pre-occupation and other professional commitments.
