Nuvama Wealth Management has informed that the Company has received an Administrative Warning on July 17, 2026, from Securities Exchange Board of India in connection with the inspection of public issues handled by the Company as a Merchant Banker, indicating the Company to be careful and avoid recurrence of the observations in future. There is no impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company or its subsidiaries/associates, pursuant to the above letter.
