Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49 /14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, with reference to its intimation dated June 07, 2026 wherein the company informed about the dispute between one Balaji Shivdas Pawar, Partner of Minakshi Agro Industries LLP (‘MAILLP’), a subsidiary of the Company and MAILLP. In this connection, Allied Blenders and Distillers has informed that, MAILLP has on July 17, 2026 filed its Statement of Defence to the Statement of Claim filed by Balaji Pawar and has also filed its Counter Claim before the Sole Arbitrator. Further, MAILLP, in its Counter Claim has claimed an amount of Rs.34,85,97,745/-. The Company is one of the Proforma Respondent in the Counter Claim filed by MAILLP. The Statement of Defence and Counter Claim has been filed by MAILLP on July 17, 2026 at 4:16 pm (IST).
