Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the applicable SEBI Circular(s), Mobavenue AI Tech has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of a Circular Resolution passed on July 20, 2026, has approved the following: 1) The launch of the Company's proprietary AI powered platform, Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI intelligence layer integrated with the Company's proprietary advertising technology platform. 2) The adoption and phased implementation of the Company's new Corporate Logo and Corporate Tagline as part of its brand transformation initiative. The proposed Corporate Logo is enclosed as Annexure A to this intimation. The implementation shall be carried out in a phased manner across the Company's communication channels and business operations.
