Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Lord’s Mark Industries has informed that the Lighting Division of that the company has achieved lowest bidder (L1) status and has formally accepted a prestigious Letter of Offer from the Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA), Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh. The complete work under this tender has been allotted to the Company for execution across the entire State of Chhattisgarh. The requisite details as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed. The Company has accepted the offer and is completing the formal contract agreements within the stipulated timelines.
