In furtherance to intimation dated Tuesday, 16th June 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), Polson has submitted the following details of the Postal Ballot conducted by the Company, the voting of which commenced on Wednesday, 17th June, 2026 at 9.00 am (IST) and concluded on Thursday, 16th July, 2026 pm (IST): 1. Voting Results of the resolution passed by Postal Ballot, as required under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 in Annexure A; and 2. The Scrutinizer's Report dated July 16th July, 2026 in Annexure B. The resolution proposed in the Postal Ballot notice has been duly passed by the members of the Company by remote e-voting process with requisite majority. The Voting Results along with the Scrutinizer's Report are available on the Company's website www.polsonltd.com and will also be made available on the website of Purva Sharegistry (I) Pvt Ltd Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company at https://evoting.purvashare.com.
