Polson has informed that details ofthe Postal Ballot conducted by the Company, the voting of which commenced on Wednesday, 17th June, 2026 at 9.00 am (IST) and concluded on Thursday, 16th July, 2026 pm (IST).Voting Results of the resolution passed by Postal Ballot, as required under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 in Annexure A; and 2. The Scrutinizer's Report dated July 16th July, 2026 in Annexure B. The resolution proposed in the Postal Ballot notice has been duly passed by the members of the Company by remote e-voting process with requisite majority.
