Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mangal Electrical Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further, in continuation to its intimation dated June 26, 2026, regarding closure of Trading Window in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid unaudited financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
