CFF Fluid Control has informed that the Company has fixed Friday, July 24, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on August 7, 2026 through VC/ OVAM. Further the payment of such dividend will be subject to deduction of tax at source will be as under: In respect of shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners as at close of business hours on Friday, July 24, 2026 as per details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose; and To all Members in respect of shares held in physical form after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 24, 2026.
