Sanofi India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Sanofi India is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 4th August 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th June 2026. Further, in reference to intimation dated 26th June 2026 for closure of trading window, they informed that the trading window for the purpose of publication of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th June 2026 shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 till to Thursday, 6th August 2026.
