Strides Pharma Science has informed that the 35th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 12:15 hrs IST through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'), in compliance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI'). As intimated earlier, Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 18, 2026 had recommended a Final Dividend of ?5/- per equity share of face value ?10/- each (50%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to receive the aforesaid Final Dividend: Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, through permissible electronic modes to those shareholders whose bank account details are registered with the Depositories and/ or the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA'), subject to deduction of applicable taxes at source. Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 shall be filed separately with the Stock Exchanges and circulated to the shareholders within the prescribed timelines. The same shall also be made available on the website of the Company at www.strides.com and on the websites of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India.
