Central Mine Planning & Design Institute has informed that Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (the ‘Company’) has fixed Monday, 10th August, 2026 as Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement of Members for the Final Dividend of Rs.1.06 /- (One Rupee six paisa only) per share (on the face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in their 308th meeting held on 21st April 2026. If the Final Dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made.
