Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III thereto, AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that, Bhavana Agrawal, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) has communicated her resignation from the position of CFO (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 31, 2026, pursuant to her appointment to a regional role within the AstraZeneca Group. A copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure – A. Further, the details as required under the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure – B.
