Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Pace Digitek has informed that it enclosed a Press Release dated July 21, 2026, regarding Lineage Power (‘LPPL’), a material subsidiary which has established a dedicated Research & Development (R&D) Centre in Pune to strengthen its research, engineering, and technology capabilities in advanced battery technologies including Advanced Chemistry Cells (ACC) and energy storage solutions. As part of this initiative, Lineage Power has entered into a research collaboration with the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, to undertake research on advanced battery technologies and battery materials.
