Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services (Zaggle) has received approval for the investment of upto Rs 7.97 crore, in one or more tranches, in Unobanc. Upon completion of the proposed investment, the company will hold up to 19.9% of the Equity Share Capital of Unobanc, subject to execution of definitive agreements.
The investment strengthens Zaggle's cross-border payments, forex, and remittances, and enhances its ability to offer forex financial solutions to corporate and retail customers beyond Indian Borders. The said transaction is expected to be completed within 90 days. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 21, 2026, has, inter alia, approved the same.
