Mukand has informed that 88 th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 11.30 am through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM). As informed earlier, the Board has recommended a dividend of 30%, Rs.3 per equity share of Rs.10 each, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing 88 th Annual General Meeting.
