Infosys has informed that the Board of Directors of Infosys BPM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys, has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Colombia under the name Infosys BPM Colombia S.A.S. (or such other name as may be available and approved by the relevant commercial authorities in Colombia). Additional details, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be disclosed in due course.
