As informed vide its communication dated June 30, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons with effect from July 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) i.e. it shall remain closed till Friday, July 31, 2026.
