Seamec and HAL Offshore (HAL) have entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) dated July 21, 2026, pursuant to which, the Vessel SEAMEC ANANT will be purchased by the Company from HAL, for a consideration of $70 million.
The delivery of the Vessel will be around August 31, 2026, subject to completion of required formalities.
Seamec is the region’s leading provider of Diving Support Vessel (DSV) based diving services.
