Frontier Leasing & Finance has received an approval to raise funds up to Rs 10 crore by issue of Non - Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares to Inimitable Capital Finance on preferential basis, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on November 16, 2013 has approved for the same.
