Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Medplus Health Services has informed that the Board of Directors of MedPlus Health Services, at its meeting held today, i.e., 23rd July, 2026, has considered to keep in abeyance the CAPEX plans approved earlier by the Board on 21st July, 2026. After reviewing the present business structure and market outlook, the Board has approved to keep in abeyance the implementation of both the CAPEX Plan viz. setting up of Food Park by Optival Health Solutions (Material Subsidiary) and setting up a Concierge Health & Wellness Services Facility at Hyderabad, Telangana. The Company shall continue to evaluate future growth opportunities and the abeyance of the CAPEX Plan is not expected to have any adverse impact on the existing operations or business performance of the Company. The meeting commenced at 11:15 AM and concluded at 11:40 AM.
