HDB Financial Services raises Rs 400 crore through NCDs

HDB Financial Services has raised Rs 400 crore through the allotment of 40,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 1078 days and carry coupon rate of 8.23% per annum. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on July 23, 2026, has allotted the same.
