Further, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 34(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the Notice of 31st AGM of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members, whose e?mail address(es) are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants (‘DPs’). As well, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, a letter being sent to those Members, who have not registered their e-mail address(es) with the Company/ DPs, providing the web?link, including the exact path, from where the Notice of 31st AGM can be accessed on the Company’s website i.e. 31st AGM Notice. The Notice of 31st AGM also forms an integral part of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, which has already been submitted to the stock exchanges, vide its letter bearing reference number BFIL/SEC/2026-27/38 dated July 23, 2026.
