Further, Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with Code of Conduct framed by the Company and in continuation to letter dated June 27, 2026 the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares was closed from 01st July 2026 and shall reopen 48 hours after the results of the meeting are made public on July 29, 2026.
