Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RMC Switchgears has informed that RMC Switchgears has received Letters of Award (LOA) from Genus Power Infrastructures amounting to ? 5,01,72,500 - Five Crores One Lakh Seventy-Two Thousand Five Hundred Rupees for UND S_Panel mounting structure 1.1KW. The receipt of this LOA further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects. The Company shall update the Stock Exchange on further material developments in this regard, if any, as required under the aforesaid Regulation. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
