Dachepalli Publishers has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the proposed 100% acquisition of the equity share capital of Hara Communications, subject to the successful completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, receipt of necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, and fulfilment of customary conditions precedent.
The proposed acquisition is in line with the company's long-term growth strategy to strengthen and expand its presence in the education sector. Upon completion of the proposed 100% acquisition, Hara Communications will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and will be utilized to expand the company's educational technology business and enhance its technology-enabled solutions for schools and educational institutions. The proposed acquisition is expected to complement the company's existing business, broaden its capabilities, and create long-term value for its stakeholders.
