3i Infotech has received a service order from ONGC Petro additions (OPaL) for providing Facility Management Services (FMS) for IT and non-IT infrastructure and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for IT assets.
The engagement covers managed support and maintenance for end-user computing devices, servers, storage, network and security infrastructure, communication systems, and related IT and associated assets across OPaL's locations. The fixed contract period is three years, from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. The total Service Order value is around Rs 4.83 crore, exclusive of applicable taxes.
