Further, pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with Code of Conduct framed by the Company and in continuation to letter dated 25th June, 2026 the trading window shall remain closed for all the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Connected Persons and Designated persons/ Employees of the Company and their relatives from 01st July, 2026 and shall remain closed to 06th August, 2026.
