ADC India Communications has informed regarding sad demise of Vijaya Latha Reddy, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company (DIN: 06778078) on July 26, 2026 which was intimated to the Company this morning, on July 27, 2026. Vijaya Latha Reddy had held the position of an Independent Director since September 16, 2020. She provided valuable leadership and made immense contributions during her tenure on the Board and its Committees. All the Directors and Employees of the Company express their deepest condolences to the bereaved family. Vijaya Latha Reddy was a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, CSR Committee and Risk Management Committee. Consequent to her demise, she has ceased to be a member of the aforementioned Committees of the Board.
