Further to intimation dated July 16, 2026, regarding the approval for acquisition of an additional 20% equity share capital of Peanutbutter and Jelly (CIN: U15400MH2022PLC377342) (PBJL) by Heritage Foods (the Company) from its existing shareholders, Heritage Foods has informed that the equity shares forming part of the said acquisition have been duly credited to the Company's demat account on July 27, 2026. Accordingly, the acquisition has been completed and PBJL has become a 71% subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 27, 2026.
