In continuation to its letter dated 29th June, 2026, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Thursday, 6th August, 2026.
