Link Pharma Chem has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday,05th August, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window of the Company is already closed from 01st July, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, intimation of which has already been provided to BSE as on 26th June, 2026.
