Physical Rubber prices witnessed some gains on Tuesday due to tight supply conditions in the domestic market, while lower oil prices following a pause in hostilities between the United States and Iran reduced the cost advantage of natural rubber over synthetic alternatives.

Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety unchanged at its previous closing of Rs 282/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 279/kg to its previous closing of Rs 278/ kg.
