The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 18347.43 crore against gross selling of Rs 18911.08 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 563.65 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1366.02 crore with gross sales of Rs 2283.95 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 917.93 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 89.13 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 139.67 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 1146.73 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 22.96 crore against gross selling of Rs 52.96 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 30.00 crore in hybrid segment.
