In compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Organic Chemicals has informed that 428th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (HOCL) will be held on Friday, 07th August 2026 from 03:30 PM onwards at Conference room, HOCL Registered & Corporate Office and Kochi factory, Ambalamugal PO, Ernakulam & through Video Conference to consider and approve, the un-audited limited reviewed financial results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with other routine agenda items. Further, as intimated vide its letter No. HOC/SEC/Trading Window Closure/2026 dated 26th June, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/equity shares of the company is already closed from 1st July, 2026 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
