ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has bought 57.21 lakh shares, representing 0.61% of total share holding, of Go Digit General Insurance from Peak XV Partners Growth Investments III. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has acquired the stake through an open market transaction worth around Rs 139.03 crore. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 243 apiece.
