NBCC (India) has inked pact with Government of Republic of Seychelles for construction of the Ile Aurore Housing Project at Seychelles. The project envisages the construction of 1008 affordable housing units along with associated infrastructure, aimed at enhancing urban living standards and supporting sustainable development. The project is proposed to be funded through a Line of Credit (LoC) of $75 million extended by the Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank).
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
