Accordingly, they enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor of the Company. The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations in due course and will also be placed on the website of the Company, www.tcil.com. The Board meeting commenced at 12:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 1:45 PM (IST).
