Navin Fluorine International has signed an agreement with India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, for the ‘Indigenous Manufacturing of Sodium Borohydride Chemical in Bulk’ under the Technology Development Fund (TDF) Scheme.
DRDO will provide grant in aid and technological support to the industry for developing this technology. This collaboration will accelerate the indigenous process development for a critical defence material and further strengthen India's defence R&D Ecosystem.
Navin Fluorine International primarily focuses on fluorine chemistry - producing refrigeration gases, inorganic fluorides, specialty organofluorines and offers Contract Research and Manufacturing Services. Its manufacturing facilities are located at Surat in Gujarat and Dewas in Madhya Pradesh.
