Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 10.45 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) (referred to as ‘e-AGM’) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act'), SEBI Listing Regulations and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), to transact the business as stated in the Notice convening the 51st AGM. As per the requirements under SEBI Listing Regulations and applicable provisions of the Act, it has enclosed the following: 1. Scrutinizer’s Report dated 29 July 2026, pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014; 2. Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations. A copy of the same is also being placed on the Company's website and on the website of KFin Technologies.
