In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Honda India Power Products has informed that Shankaran Radhika (General Manager - Finance & Accounts) Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) of the Company, shall retire from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on July 31, 2026, and shall thereby cease to be a SMP of the Company effective from August 01, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/V3 762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-I.
