Tata Steel reports 12% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Tata Steel has reported its results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27).

The company has reported a 28.73% rise in its standalone net profit at Rs 4,535.59 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as compared to Rs 3,523.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 18.43% to Rs 37,387.90 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 31,569.43 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the company has reported an 11.58% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,318.35 crore for Q1FY27, as compared to Rs 2,077.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 14.14% to Rs 61,026.97 crore for Q1FY27 as compared to Rs 53,466.79 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
