Shelter Pharma has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, Friday, 31st July, 2026 approved appointment of Vinita Shivraj Gadhvi as an Additional Independent Director pursuant to the provisions of Sections 149, 152, and 161(1) read with Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Her tenure is fixed for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 31st July, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company during which she will not be liable to retire by rotation. The aforesaid Director are not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel on the Board of the Company. Further the Director is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
