In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the aforesaid documents are being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar to an Issue and Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participant(s) and the physical copies of the same will be provided to the members on request. Further, in terms of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a letter providing a web-link and the exact path where complete details of the Annual Report for Financial Year 2025-26 and Notice of the 66th AGM can be accessed is being sent, to those shareholders who have not registered their email address with the Company/RTA of the Company / Depository Participant(s).
